Here comes the rain again. . .

Actually, not until about 4:00 today, so I got a lot of tourist-y stuff in. The morning was spent, once again with coffee and a bagel from Newtons- Kind of like Einsteins, a texas bagel chain. After this, Jocelyn and I took a trip to a cathedral and then a gallery. The cathedral was one of the prettiest I've seen and had beautful sculptures.

There was also a pretty vast mausoleum which was pretty heavy- Saw gregory peck's tomb.

We then headed to MOCA, the museum of contemporary art which was pretty impressive. I actually snapped several pictures before being informed that it was a no no.

Truly the most impressive thing however, was the lunch we had. We went to a cafe which offered a tuna appitizer- Tuna tartar, with guacamole and a tangy sauce surrounding it. It was as good as it looks.

The main course was also incredible. Fish, prepared with pesto and a loose tomato sauce, surrounded by calimari. Mmm.

I'll end with my favorite image- Near the LA public library, there was a quote I found . . well, which seemed concise and true.
