Into the eye of the storm ..

So shana and I are having a fabulous time in New Orleans- We spent today walkling through the garden district and then checking out an aquarium.

We'll be leaving tommorow morning, early, for St Georges Island. Right off of Florida. The only question remaining is . .Will it be there?


A pretty big hurricane is about to ravage florida (see below, click for article), and many major newscasters are reporting from St. Geroges Island. Last time I called (About cable modem service) I was told that everyone is boarding up houses and evacuating the island. In addition to this, it seems several new tropical depressions (four and five) are forming, which might make for an interesting stay on the island- If they let us on. . .
